- SFDC Technical – Proficiency in Apex, Visual Force, SOQL, SOSL, Batch, Scheduling, Bulk Triggers, Callouts, Design Patterns, jQuery, JavaScript and Basic HTML
- SFDC Administration- Configuration, Customization, User Management, Security Access, Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Approvals, Page Layouts, Record Types, Assignment Rules, Validation Rules, Object Relationships, Schema Builder, Data Import/Export, data management tools – data loader, workbench etc.
- Logical Thinking – Able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations. Notices discrepancies and inconsistencies in information and materials.
- Task Management – Basic level of project management knowledge and experience. Should be able to plan tasks, discuss and work on priorities.
