Sanjay Drabu is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Pacific IT Consulting.

A serial entrepreneur and an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in start-ups and turnarounds, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, he was also the founder and CFO of Pacific BPO Pvt. Ltd. that he built ground up to a 2,500 member strong healthcare RCM company which got acquired in September of 2018.

His inimitable style of leadership, combined with his sharp focus on customer experience has helped Pacific emerge as one of the leading human capital solution providers of India. He is responsible for providing strategic direction and achieving industry-leading growth for Pacific. His focus is on delivering superior financial performance along with high customer and people satisfaction with a goal to make Pacific a gold standard company.

Sanjay has been a strong proponent of corporate governance and is the company’s primary evangelist for instituting best practices in the organization.

Throughout his career, Sanjay has been highly acclaimed for his visionary leadership. He is also a philanthropist and heads the CSR activities at Pacific. He is also the founder and trustee at OM Foundation, an NGO focused on educating the underprivileged (www.omfoundation.org).

Sanjay holds an MBA in finance and has interests in yoga and spirituality.

A seasoned HR Professional with 25+ years of rich experience in managing people, projects and operations across technology, consulting and outsourcing domains, Vivek is a Co-Founder & Board Member at Pacific.

He has been responsible for leading the company right from inception through its growth and evolution. As a Board Member, Vivek oversees the ‘Global Human Resources’ function at Pacific. In this role, he drives the company’s human capital management strategy.

Using his extensive experience in driving Talent Acquisition Operations under various hiring models, Vivek is focused on driving strategy for building robust recruitment processes and in developing State-Of-The-Art Talent Acquisition Tools to aid smart hiring decisions and enhance client & applicant experience.

With over 20 years of extensive experience, Vinita Gaur plays a very important role as COO in formulating the business strategies and managing the organization dynamics at Pacific Consulting. She directs Service Delivery, Capability Building and Quality Management Systems.

With a wealth of experience in managing people, projects, large accounts and operations across technology, consulting, and outsourcing domain, she has been instrumental in building strategic partnerships and a strong and prestigious customer base for Pacific.

She played an active role in formulating the operational policy, “One Team, One Goal, Zero Surprises”.

Vinita leads numerous activities to achieve process excellence, and to enhance the quality of talent within the organization. She continues to inspire her team with a vision of excellence and leverage Pacific`s domain expertise in technology sector to become a leader in staff augmentation space.

An avid sports enthusiast, Vinita holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Delhi University. She is a Six-Sigma Black Belt and certified PMP and had strategic stints with technology majors in the past.
